We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

Food items that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned for safety reasons.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


4. Non-returnable items

  • Perishable products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (Final sale)


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
